Exactly what I expected; tender & extremely flavorful. Honestly, though, I really couldn't tell the difference between this "wagyu cross" picanha and the prime-grade picanhas I get from my local butcher (at approx. ⅔ the price/lb). Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic cut of beef, but it's not the only game in town.
