While two of the four filet steaks arrived with completely broken seals, we decided to thaw and eat them, and they were actually very tender and good tasting. However, having to immediately cook or repackage meat due to thin, failed vacuum packaging is still a major quality control issue for a premium service.

Not up to usual standards. Last 2 steaks were not as tender as they usually are. Lots of silver skin. Hard to remove.

1 of the 4 ribeyes was not up to par. I had to trim the silver skin outside like I trim a brisket. It was disappointing but the other 3 were excellent.

The first boxes I got were good but this time there was a lot of fat and hard pieces in the middle, could not eat, so disappointed, I'll see with next order if things are better
