Good flavor, but was a tough piece of meat especially when only cooked to medium rare.

The two I've eaten so far were both more tough and less flavorful than I expected. It may be that this is because they were partially thawed by the time they arrived, but they also had extensive gristle around one edge that did not soften during the cooking process.
