We love your bacon - BUT this last time, one of the packs had slices that were very thin, and had very little fat, so when we baked it, we had to add oil and then it still turned out kind of like jerky. That was the first pack. We have faith that the next 3 packs will be different.

After defrosting, the meat kind of lost its shape. We used this ground beef to make burger patties and they kind of fell apart. The taste is great though, just may use it for other uses next time.

Cod can be wonderful or the scourge of the sea, LOL. I do a fair bit of trimming on these filets. Very easy to overcook cod and then you are left with a hunk of rubbery fish. I found poaching in tomato broth with cajun seasoning is our favorite way to eat this fish.
