I am ok paying more if I know we are getting a higher grade of meat. However, the cod we ate for dinner tonight was VERY fishy and chewy. It was prepared exactly the same as I prepare locally sourced cod so it was not overcooked...One piece had a hard chunk in the middle that was inedible and we could not figure out what it was... the fish had already been skinned and deboned..it was almost like 1/2 of the filet was cartilage or something. It was very disappointing.
