This bacon, (the package I received), was mostly fat, about 85% - 90%. Very little meat within. Cooking is difficult due to mostly being all fat. Not what I would expect to be sold by CC. The thick cut bacon from Heritage is so much better and has a better meat to fat ratio. As for Penderson's bacon taste? Tastes what cooked fat would taste like, without any meat. Maybe this bacon would best be used chopped up and used to make baked beans?

I am completely dissapointed with that one.When i opened the package not only the smell but the way it looked was horrible.So many white particles like hard part of tendon whatever yiu can call it

see the above note — holes in the packaging again. Meat exposed to air. You really shouldn't sell this if you can't count on your suppliers and you aren't going to check the packaging before you ship it. Seriously.
