I would prefer that these patties would be shipped individually or in twos instead of 3 patties. It's just my husband and I eating these and it's inconvenient to have to thaw out 3 patties each time.

patties were fresh and flavorful, but when I cut them in half to determine how done they were, they separated into 2 thin patties joined only at the edges. Perhaps that is why they also curled up at the edges. I would not normally buy formed patties anyway.

One steak was fabulous, The other was very disappointing! (A bit dry and tough). Cooked to 125 degrees in the Sous Vide, then seared to Medium Rare.
